"Exceptional"
When I checked in, the street in front was torn up with construction. I asked the receptionist if the noise would start early. She said it was possible and offered to switch me to a larger courtyard room for 10 extra a day. This was half of the normal price. The next day a different receptionist booked me a voucher for the hop on hop off bus because he knew there was a sale. Saved me some money. The staff were so helpful with maps and directions. Great location between two U-bahn stops. There are a number of good moderately priced restaurants in the same block. They provided me with ice to ice my bad knee after walking all day, and stored my luggage when I took a side trip to Salzburg. They were all so nice. Breakfast had all you could want. Would stay there again.

"Wonderful"
The staff at the front desk was fantastic and helped us out with a couple of non hotel related issues. The hotel is very historic, so not neccessarily modern,and has quite a bit of charm. The staff is very professional and polite. The breakfast buffet in the morning is nice to get the day started. While most of the sights we wanted to see in Vienna were not nearby, one of the main train/metro stops is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, so it was easy to access anything in the city as well as the airport.

We were unlucky to have the construction work going on in front of the hotel but otherwise everything else was very good. Breakfast was super and the staff were excellent.

Perfect location two metro stops away from the inner ring and close to a larger train station for the trip back to the airport. The hotel is on a large boulevard with cute cafes on either side (though the street is currently under renovation; it will be even better in a few months). Front desk staff/bartender were super friendly and helpful, and made great drinks and dinner recommendations. Room was quiet and comfortable and plenty large (upgrade to the queen/king plus extra bed; you'll appreciate the extra space). Nice patio area outdoors to unwind and have a drink after walking around all day, as well as for breakfast. Great sauna downstairs and small workout area. If you want a better workout (not that you come to Europe to work out) there is a full service gym about 2 or 3 doors down from the hotel.

Easy access to Praterstern station and trams for airport, hop-on hop-off buses and the Belvedere and Schonbrunn palaces. Breakfast was good and varied and the staff were very friendly and most helpful.

The breakfast was amazing, with varieties of cheeses, sausages, hash browns, yogurt, various pastries, coffee and tea, varieties of juices and fruits, the atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing, and the staff was very friendly, polite and prompt. this was beyond my expectations. be ready to drive down to cobblestone very narrow streets. Parking was available for additional pay, 39 per day. Place is located within five minute walking distance to Charles Bridge. Im going to miss Prague.

Located across the street from Prater amusement park where, among other things, major public transportation station is located (underground, train, bus,). Rooms are comfy, breakfast is reasonable and stuff is friendly.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. It is very close to the underground, so easy to get around. The room was cozy and clean. The AC worked well which was great in the heat wave we experienced in Vienna. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Would stay again.
